Description
The Senior Manager IDB - Risk & Compliance Production Support is responsible for L2 production support of the IDB Risk and Compliance application portfolio, including Actimize, Bridger XG, and related banking applications. The role manages incident triage, root cause analysis, data and batch troubleshooting, change validation, service-level governance, client-facing stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement, while overseeing an offshore L2 support team. It is an onsite position in New York or Dallas and requires extensive IT and Actimize production support experience, ITIL certification, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
