Description
HDR is hiring a Geotechnical EIT to develop geotechnical calculations and analyses for flood walls, levees, dams, embankments, bank protection, hydraulic structures, bridges, and pumping stations. The role includes slope stability, seepage, settlement, soil and rock analyses, field investigations, construction observations, site reconnaissance, and independent work on small projects or assistance on larger projects. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and an Engineer in Training certificate, along with experience with MS Office, GIS, and CADD; preferred qualifications include a geotechnical-focused civil engineering master's degree, ArcGIS or Autodesk Civil3D experience, Montana geology knowledge, and experience with geotechnical software.
