Description
Torex Gold is hiring a Geotechnical Engineer in Nuevo Balsas, Guerrero, Mexico, to manage geomechanical conditions for underground mining operations. The role focuses on ground-support design and quality control, geotechnical monitoring, rock-mass characterization, excavation and reinforcement sequencing, groundwater depressurization, blasting-damage analysis, risk mitigation, audits, reporting, and collaboration with mine planning and operations. A relevant engineering degree and at least four years of underground-mining geotechnics experience are required.
