AECOM UK & Ireland Ground Engineering Practice is hiring a Geotechnical Engineer / Engineering Geologist for its Belfast office on a full- or part-time basis. The role leads geotechnical input from desk study and feasibility through ground investigation, interpretation, design, contract administration, technical advisory, and construction supervision, while preparing reports, bids, and proposals, supporting junior staff, and managing technical quality, budgets, and programmes. The position requires strong geotechnical design and ground investigation knowledge, relevant standards and safety knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel throughout Ireland and occasionally within the UK; hybrid working is available.
