HDR is hiring a Geotechnical Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona to lead site characterization, subsurface investigations, geotechnical analysis and design, subconsultant oversight, QA/QC, and project delivery for major transportation and infrastructure projects across the Southwest. The role requires a bachelor's degree, a professional engineering license, and 10 years of experience, with preferred expertise in foundation and retaining wall design, slope stability, settlement, ground improvement, advanced numerical modeling, geotechnical software, technical writing, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
