Description
Kaw Valley Engineering, Inc. is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to serve as a lead technical engineer and project manager on geotechnical projects ranging from commercial developments to large-scale infrastructure. The role leads subsurface exploration, prepares geotechnical reports and foundation recommendations, performs analyses for foundations, retaining walls, slopes, pavements, and site development, manages project budgets and schedules, coordinates with clients and design professionals, mentors junior staff, and supports proposal preparation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field, a Professional Engineer license, and 10–15 years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience.
