Arcadis is hiring a Senior Geotechnical Engineer in Nova Lima, Minas Gerais, to develop, coordinate, and review geotechnical designs for dams, waste rock piles, and other mining and infrastructure structures. The role involves stability and seepage analyses, geomechanical assessments, interpretation of field data, technical reporting, stakeholder coordination, compliance with technical standards, and participation in reviews and quality assurance. Candidates need a completed bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering more than eight years ago, a postgraduate qualification or master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, at least five years of direct experience on geotechnical dam and pile projects, and proficiency with geotechnical software and advanced English.
