WSP is hiring a Group Manager to lead a high-performing Ground Engineering team in Vancouver while reporting to the Director of Ground Engineering. The role combines people leadership, senior geotechnical review, project delivery oversight, business development, client relationship management, safety and compliance leadership, and regional growth. Candidates need an undergraduate degree in a relevant technical discipline, 8 to 15 years of consulting experience focused on geotechnical projects, Professional registration with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia, and experience leading teams and managing competing priorities. Compensation is $115,700–$155,400 for the applicable British Columbia and Yukon region.
