NOVA Engineering is hiring an experienced Geotechnical Project Engineer to lead geotechnical engineering projects from inception through completion, oversee special inspections and construction materials testing, review technical reports, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with project managers and clients, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in business development. The role is based in either Panama City Beach or Pensacola, Florida, and requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, EIT, and 5–10 years of geotechnical engineering experience; a PE license is preferred or obtainable within a year.
