Description
AECOM is hiring a Geotechnical Team Lead in Orange, California to lead and support major dam and levee infrastructure projects, including dam safety evaluations, rehabilitation, design, construction oversight, slope and seepage analyses, seismic performance assessments, field exploration, technical reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role manages multidisciplinary project teams, coordinates with civil, hydraulic, and structural disciplines, supports business development, and mentors junior and mid-level engineers. Candidates must have a civil engineering degree, at least 10 years of relevant dam experience, a Professional Engineer license, and a valid driver’s license; the position does not offer relocation or visa sponsorship.
