The role is a relationship and commercial manager for a cooperative bank, responsible for visiting and building relationships with cooperados, providing consultive service to legal entities, prospecting new cooperados, commercializing financial products and services, managing the legal-entity portfolio, conducting negotiations, developing team performance, and monitoring business indicators. The position requires a relevant postgraduate qualification, an active Anbima certification, financial-sector experience, external business-development and relationship-management experience, legal-entity portfolio experience, and a personal vehicle with travel availability.
