The Cooperativa Credcrea do Sistema Ailos is hiring a PJ/Cooperado Manager to conduct business prospecting, consultative meetings, local events, and outreach to attract and retain cooperados; manage the PJ portfolio and economic groups; offer business, education, and solution-based advice; and drive product and service sales. The role requires a complete degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, mandatory CPA 10 certification, PJ Manager experience, a category B driver's license, strong communication and negotiation skills, external-visit availability, and knowledge of the local market.
