The Cooperativa Credcrea do Sistema Ailos is seeking a PJ Business Development Manager to conduct consultive and active sales, visit and recruit new PJ cooperators, manage and expand a high-revenue PJ portfolio, analyze financial information, monitor performance, and mitigate credit risk. The role requires a higher education in administration, accounting, economics or a related field, CPA/C-Pro certification, PJ-manager experience, a category B driver's license, strong communication and negotiation skills, and availability for external visits.
