A Cooperativa Credcrea do Sistema Ailos is hiring a PJ Manager to provide consultative financial solutions to legal entities and economic groups, with a focus on active prospecting, in-person and digital visits, relationship strengthening, and expansion of the PJ portfolio. The role also includes managing high-performing accounts, analyzing financial information, monitoring credit risk and delinquency, and tracking commercial performance. Required qualifications include a higher education degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, CPA, C-Pro R, or C-Pro I certification, PJ Manager experience, a category B driver's license, excellent communication, negotiation and prospecting skills, external-visit availability, and knowledge of the local market.
