A Cooperativa Credcrea do Sistema Ailos is hiring a PJ/Cooperado Manager to conduct business prospecting, consultative and in-person or online meetings, local events, and relationship management with cooperados and economic groups. The role also covers portfolio management, product and service sales, credit and default management, exit requests, performance reporting, and institutional promotion. Candidates must have a complete degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields, CPA 10 certification, PJ Manager experience, a category B driver's license, strong communication and negotiation skills, and availability for external visits.
