A Cooperativa Credcrea do Sistema Ailos is hiring a PJ/Cooperado Manager to conduct business prospecting, consultative and in-person or online meetings, local events, and relationship management with cooperados and economic groups of low and medium complexity. The role also manages the PJ portfolio, credit-provisioning and default cases, customer offboarding, performance reporting, and the growth of product and service portfolios. Required qualifications include a complete degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field, CPA/C-Pro I or C-Pro R certification, PJ Manager experience, a category B driver's license, excellent communication, negotiation and prospecting skills, external-visit availability, result orientation, compliance, and local-market knowledge.
