Description
The role manages and develops an agency team, recruits and strengthens relationships with cooperados, monitors performance targets, supervises credit, investment and other financial operations, ensures service quality, represents the cooperative, controls risk and regulatory compliance, and plans commercial and operational growth. It requires a complete higher education degree in administration, accounting, economics, financial management or a related field, team-management experience, and experience in financial institutions or credit cooperatives; ANBIMA certification and C PRO-R are required, while C PRO-I and a postgraduate degree are desirable.
