A Cooperativa Credcrea do Sistema Ailos is hiring a Unit Manager to lead the performance, quality, customer service, business development, and strategic execution of an attendance unit. The role manages processes such as new admissions, customer records, product sales, credit recovery, and credit operations; develops and maintains relationships with cooperados, community, businesses, and public entities; and directs the team toward sustainable business results. The position requires a full degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, CPA 10 certification, PJ-manager experience, a category B driver's license, strong communication and negotiation skills, and external-visit availability.
