St. John's Community Health is hiring a full-time Geriatrician in Los Angeles to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to older adults. The role includes preventive and primary care, chronic disease management, geriatric and cognitive assessments, dementia and depression care, medication reconciliation, fall prevention, advance care planning, care coordination, EHR documentation, quality improvement, community outreach, and supervision of Advanced Practice Providers. Candidates must have an MD or DO degree, an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency, board certification or eligibility, an active California medical license, DEA registration, and BLS certification; geriatric medicine fellowship and geriatric-care experience are preferred. The position offers a $285,000-$335,000 annual salary range, medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, paid CME, paid time off, relocation assistance, and H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship.
