VOIS is hiring a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to serve German residential customers through phone, email, and chat. The role involves answering inquiries, identifying customer needs, resolving issues, following service processes, meeting quality targets, and contributing to process improvement. It includes a 6-week training program, later sales training, and requires C2 German, strong communication and problem-solving skills, independent work, and a secondary school leaving certificate.
