AUTODOC is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Agent in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, to handle German-speaking customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat; resolve issues; document interactions; escalate complex matters; follow up on resolutions; and meet response-time, resolution-rate, and customer-satisfaction goals. The role requires German fluency, customer-support experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, CRM proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
