Description
WorkMotion is hiring a German-speaking Operations Associate for its Direct Hiring Operations Team to manage end-to-end global hiring operations, including project management, client workflows, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, escalations, and cross-functional process improvement. The role requires 3–5 years of operations experience in HR, payroll, or global workforce management, strong project and organizational skills, adaptability, and fluent written and spoken English and German. It is remote and requires candidates to be based within two hours of the Central European Time zone.
