Atlean World is hiring a German Travel Support to provide customer service by phone, chat, and email; solve customer problems; follow brand guidelines; and log interactions in relevant systems. The role requires fluent German, B2+ English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, shift availability, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a clean criminal record. It is based in Porto, Portugal, with a 1500€ welcome bonus, renewable fixed-term contract, training, health insurance after training, and a relocation package.
