The role manages clients' information systems, supports business stakeholders, handles incidents and corrections, participates in quarterly releases, coordinates SI actors, ensures SLA and quality standards, and produces technical documentation. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in management information systems or a comparable qualification, confirmed application-management or business-analysis experience, SQL, Java, and Angular knowledge, and strong communication and analytical skills.
