Dynacare is hiring a Senior Manager, Logistics Operations in Laval, Quebec, to oversee regional logistics and transportation operations, supervise and develop local managers and frontline employees, manage budgets and staffing, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and improve safety, quality, service, and performance. The role is permanent and full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with on-site work and occasional travel. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, logistics, or supply chain, 10+ years of experience leading complex multi-modal transportation systems, 5–7 years of team-management experience in multiple locations, TDG certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong logistics, transportation, customer service, leadership, and project-management skills.
