Description
The employer is seeking a commercial professional to manage an active client and property portfolio, generate new business, maintain client relationships, and follow transactions through to closing. The role requires strong communication, empathy, entrepreneurial initiative, Portuguese fluency, a personal vehicle, and residence near one of the company’s offices in Viana do Castelo. Prior real estate experience is not required, while sales, commercial, or customer-service experience is valued. The position includes initial and continuous training, daily commercial and process support, digital and printed marketing tools, and access to an active client portfolio.
