Description
The employer is seeking a commercial professional to manage an active client portfolio, prospect for new properties and clients, maintain customer relationships, and follow real-estate transactions from acquisition through closing. The role requires strong communication, empathy, entrepreneurial attitude, Portuguese fluency, a personal vehicle, and residence near one of the company’s offices in Vila do Conde; prior real-estate experience is not required, while sales, commercial, or customer-service experience is valued. The position includes initial and continuous training, daily commercial and process support, digital and printed marketing tools, and access to an active client portfolio.
