Unisys is hiring a Get Service Onboarding Implementation Lead - Associate Principal Service Management in Bangalore to lead the end-to-end onboarding of operating companies into the Get Service operating model. The role coordinates stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams; conducts discovery and requirements gathering; designs service structures; manages transition plans, UAT, deployment, training, hypercare, and stabilization; and provides executive reporting. It is a functional and service-management leadership role focused on governance and implementation rather than ServiceNow development or technical configuration. Candidates need a degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with strong ITIL, service onboarding, ServiceNow functional knowledge, and stakeholder-management skills.
