PRIOS Personal is hiring a full-time Process Mechanic (m/f/d) in Deckenpfronn to set up and operate injection-molding tools, monitor and optimize production parameters, resolve process disruptions, inspect plastic parts and components, and maintain smooth manufacturing operations. The role requires vocational training in plastics and rubber technology, preferably with injection-molding experience, technical aptitude, quality awareness, and good German skills. It offers hourly pay starting at EUR 19, a permanent employment contract, vacation and Christmas bonuses, protective equipment, and referral bonuses.
