AWS is hiring a GFOCC Tech at ADSIPL to remotely monitor, troubleshoot, triage, repair, and coordinate changes for servers, network, and telecommunication equipment across AWS global infrastructure sites. The role includes 24/7 shift rotation, remote hands and eyes support, data center issue coordination, root cause analysis, change management, and vendor guidance. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience in computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations, and at least one year of Linux experience.
