State Street is hiring a GHR AI Engineer – Agentic Integrations to build and secure the integration layer for employee-facing AI capabilities. The role connects a React intranet to internal AI services and external vendor agents through MCP-based connectors, agent-to-agent workflows, Python services, REST APIs, authentication, retrieval and grounding, observability, testing, and secure runtime patterns. Candidates should have 3–5 years of software engineering experience, strong Python skills, API and authentication experience, and familiarity with agentic concepts; MCP and agent-to-agent experience is preferred. The role pays $90,000–$157,500 annually and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
