State Street is hiring a GHR AI Engineer – Agentic Integrations to build and secure integrations between a React intranet, internal AI services, and external vendor agents. The role focuses on Python services, REST APIs, MCP connectors, agent-to-agent workflows, tool contracts, authentication, retrieval and grounding, observability, testing, and production operations. Candidates should have 3–5 years of software engineering experience, strong Python skills, API and authentication experience, and familiarity with agentic concepts; MCP and agent-to-agent experience is preferred. The salary range is $90,000–$157,500 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
