Taco Bell is hiring an Operations Analyst to own end-to-end Gift Card production and operational workflows, including quoting, approvals, testing, launch, vendor coordination, franchisee onboarding, B2B setups, campaign creative review, customer-support escalations, and process improvements. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Payments/Gift Cards, requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of operations or program-management experience, and is hybrid onsite in Irvine, California. The salary range is $98,400–$110,000.
