Community Pharmacy is hiring a Gift Shop Associate to support its in-store gift shop and growing online retail business. The role combines customer service, point-of-sale operations, merchandising, inventory management, and Shopify storefront management, including product listing optimization, order fulfillment, shipping coordination, website inventory monitoring, and online customer support. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail customer service experience, Shopify proficiency, computer and Microsoft Office skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities; experience with eCommerce stores, inventory systems, Canva, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or product photography is preferred.
