Description
The Gift Shop Clerk provides passenger safety and customer service while managing gift-shop and concession-area operations. Responsibilities include stocking and pricing inventory, operating a point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit-card transactions, preparing concession items, maintaining cleanliness, securing the shop, coordinating with staff and volunteers, and providing First Aid, CPR, and AED support when needed. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and self-motivation, along with First Aid/CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it, background, physical, and drug screening.
