The Lansing School District is hiring Girl's Swim and Dive coaches based out of Everett. The coaches will recruit and develop a full team, coach the team to a competitive record, support postseason play, ensure student academic eligibility, organize practices and games, maintain team equipment, and lead offseason training and in-season tutoring. Applicants need previous successful coaching experience, knowledge of coaching tactics, MHSAA and district rules, CPR certification, and first aid training; a Michigan teacher certificate and successful NCAA athletic career are preferred. The position offers a stipend based on the co-curricular amount associated with the sport under the LSEA contract.
