Technitask is hiring a GIS Application Developer for a 12-month contract role. The position requires a university or college degree in Computer Science or Geography, a post-bachelor's certificate or diploma in application development, GIS, or a related discipline, and at least five years of experience providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. The role involves developing GIS applications using ArcGIS products, ArcGIS JavaScript API, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and related technologies, along with experience in Java, web services, SQL, enterprise geodatabases, and object-oriented design. The contract is hybrid, requiring two onsite days in Brampton, Ontario, and includes a background check.
