Description
CMAP is hiring a GIS Architect to lead its inaugural enterprise geospatial strategy and guide the development of enterprise GIS architecture, governance, standards, platform roadmaps, and authoritative regional datasets. The role will manage modernization, platform upgrades, and lifecycle processes for enterprise, program, analytical, and public-facing GIS capabilities while communicating technical concepts and building stakeholder consensus. Candidates need at least six years of professional experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a master’s degree or GISP certification is preferred. The position is eligible for up to 100% remote work, with some relocation assistance available.
