Devoteam is hiring a GIS Data Conversion Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to convert utilities and infrastructure as-built drawings and data into structured, accurate, and topologically valid Enterprise GIS datasets. The role covers data extraction, cleansing, validation, QA/QC, network connectivity, ArcGIS and geodatabase management, and automation using Python, ArcGIS ModelBuilder, and/or FME. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of hands-on utilities and infrastructure GIS conversion experience, native Arabic proficiency, and professional English proficiency.
