The role involves system analysis and design, user requirement capture, documentation, programming support, and website development, with a focus on .NET, Python, JavaScript, SQL, and Esri products. A degree in a relevant field and 2–4 years of programming experience are required, while GIS, FME, photogrammetry, CAD/BIM, and mobile development experience are preferred or advantageous.
