BETA Group, Inc. is hiring an experienced GIS Project Manager to lead municipal and state GIS projects across New England. The role manages project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, fieldwork, and deliverables; leads Esri-based GIS solutions and technical teams; oversees geospatial data quality and workflows; supports client relationships and business development; and mentors GIS staff. The preferred location is BETA’s Worcester, Massachusetts office, with flexibility for other offices and a hybrid schedule allowing up to two remote days per week. The position requires 14+ years of ArcGIS experience and 5+ years of project management experience, with a salary of $95,000-$136,000 or commensurate.
