Description
Canadian Natural is hiring a GIS Student for an 8-month internship beginning in May 2027 at its Calgary, Alberta head office. The student will support Oil Sands Regulatory, Environment, Mining, and Pathways teams by collecting and managing spatial and environmental data, digitizing information, generating application and project-specific maps, and helping build GIS models and solutions. The role provides hands-on experience with ArcGIS Map, ArcGIS Pro, FME, Global Mapper, ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, Python, AutoCAD, remote sensing, LiDAR, and photogrammetry, and requires current enrollment in a GIS degree, applied degree, or diploma program.
