Description
The GIS Systems Analyst performs data input, design, analysis, maintenance, and development of JEA’s enterprise geodatabase and related GIS systems. The role supports electric, water, and wastewater businesses through spatial analysis, map and cartography production, infrastructure planning, data integration, automation, QA, troubleshooting, standards development, and technical guidance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five years of spatial analysis and GIS systems administration experience, or nine years of combined education, training, and experience; utility experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license and GISP certification are preferred.
