Guardian Glass is hiring a GL Accountant in El Marques, Querétaro to manage fixed assets, stockroom operations, and leases while supporting General Ledger processes, month-end close, account reconciliations, variance and balance-sheet analysis, financial statement analysis, and ad hoc reporting. The role also involves supporting audits, investigating discrepancies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving accounting processes. Candidates need strong accounting experience, Microsoft Office 365 and Excel skills, English proficiency, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, ERP experience, and Power Apps and Power BI experience.
