Kiwi.com is hiring a GL and Reporting Lead (Reporting and Methodology Lead) to own group-level IFRS financial reporting, accounting policies, reporting methodologies, external audit coordination, and compliance. The role also leads a small finance team, partners with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders, and embeds AI-powered automation into accounting workflows. It requires a university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, IFRS and Czech GAAP expertise, advanced Excel skills, team leadership experience, and experience with accounting methodology and AI-driven finance automation.
