The Glass Production Operator supports the production of insulating glass, operates modern plant and equipment, assists with machine and system maintenance, and operates cutting machines for glass cutting. The role requires hands-on physical work, dexterity with glass products, willingness to learn, team spirit, and shift work; completed training as a machine and plant operator or a skilled trade/technical apprenticeship is ideal.
