HeyTutor is hiring 40 after-school program staff in Glendale to support elementary students K–5 after regular school hours. The role involves independently supervising 10–20 students, preparing activities, monitoring attendance and snacks, supporting homework and tutoring, facilitating enrichment, coordinating dismissal, and assisting with student pickup and drop-off. The schedule is Monday through Friday, four hours per day between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., with pay of $18–$23 depending on education and experience. Required qualifications include childcare experience, classroom or playground comfort, an FBI-DOJ background check, and a negative TB test result; childcare experience is also listed as a requirement.
