Boston Consulting Group is seeking a GenAI Engineering Lead to act as a player-coach, directly contributing to backend and solution architecture while building and mentoring engineers. The role focuses on Python/FastAPI, secure scalable APIs and services, LLM and RAG product development, AWS cloud-native development, DevOps, CI/CD, automated quality assurance, and AI-enabled system architecture. The position requires at least seven years of software engineering experience, one year of LLM experience, and strong systems thinking, architectural judgment, and stakeholder-management skills.
