Netskope is hiring a Global Benefits & Leave Analyst to independently own the global leave of absence program and administer benefits programs for an assigned portfolio of countries. The role involves interpreting local regulatory requirements, improving processes, supporting Latin America with Spanish-language communications, managing vendor and broker relationships, and partnering with the Global Benefits Program Manager. It requires 2–3 years of global organization experience, benefits and leave administration experience, bilingual Spanish and English fluency, and a bachelor’s degree. The position is fully remote with limited travel and offers a €46,000–€79,000 EUR salary range for candidates based in European Union member states.
