BCG is hiring a Global Benefits Manager to manage and improve employee benefits programs across multiple regions, with a focus on health, life, disability, and business travel coverage. The role leads benchmarking, cost and claims analyses, insurance contract reviews, program renewals, risk management, governance, and digital benefits improvements, while partnering with HR, Finance, brokers, insurers, and external partners. Candidates need 6–8+ years of benefits management, broking, or consulting experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and experience with digital benefits platforms. The role is generally expected to be performed from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
